Partners for Arts Education located at 501 West Fayette Street was already in planning and design phases for their new upcoming website... They also were in the process of migrating to a new ERP system to track and manage their customers and information to better assist the community.
All of this technology needed to be tied together and made to focus off and better utilize their website for their current and future customers and peers.
The choice to move to a open source portal technology was made and ICTG was chosen to help make it happen. Using DotNetNuke portal framework, the new design was easily constructed and managed through the portal framework. Multiple interms and many other allowed hands were able to quickly take content from their current/old website and update the new pages on the beta website with ease and all at the same time.
The design was then reviewed and changes were made with the website's skin while still in beta and all made easier by using the portal framework.
Now Partners for Arts education can utilize online tools such as:

- Easy to manage online forms and surveys
- Online Newsletters and mailing tools
- Easy integration and communication with thier new ERP system
- Commerce and payment solutions all online
- Track customer usage and patterns to better assess changes and navigation solutions

- Online article and news tools with Social networking and RSS feeds
