After 4 years, Ralph W Earl found it time to begin work on a new more advanced website that would allow them to better support their current and future customers in relation to product support, sales and services.

Bill Gerbig, Vice President of Sales and Marketing has lead the charge in working with ICTG, LLC in developing a more robust website that will provide "value-added" services to their current and potential customers.

ICTG, LLC brought in digital photgraphers (working with James Bailey of DigitalCheese (www.digitalcheese.us) and SEO expert, Eileen Donovan to begin work with Mr. Gerbig in content gathering and re-designs.
