Synopsis:

This guide will show you how to import an Outlook .pst file?

Prerequisites:

You must have a ICTG, LLC hosted Exchange account.
You must have either Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007

How-to Steps:

1. Open your new Outlook profile.
2. Click File, then click Import and Export.
3. Click Import from another program or file, then click Next.
4. Click Personal Folder File (.pst), then click Next.
5. Click Browse.
6. Click on the .pst file you wish to import, then click Ok.
7. Click Replace duplicate with items imported, then click Next.
8. Click Include subfolders.
9. Click Import items into the same folder in and select your mailbox folder.
10. Click Finish.
